Shipping and Handling
Upon
receipt of the order, we will calculate shipping costs, as per your
shipping preference. We will then notify you the amount that was
charged upon shipment. NOTE: Orders placed after 2:30 pm MST may
ship the next day. Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on the
following Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will be shipped the
following business day.
Return
Policy:
1. Returned items will only be
accepted with a Product Return Number (PRN#). Credit will NOT be
issued without a PRN
2. Call our office and provide the
following information to get a PRN#: Invoice Number; part # and
Quantity to be returned ; Reason for return
3. Customer is responsible for
shipping charges for returned parts
4. Requests for returns MUST be
made within 30 days for non-Electrical, 14 days for Electrical parts
from date of shipping
5. There will be a 15% restocking
fee on all returned items or refused shipments.

All returns
are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. Exchanges are handled on
case basis.

are limited to 14 days for Electrical Components, 30 days for
non-Electrical Components from the date of shipping.

Standard UPS Ground Delivery, however- Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and
Three Day Selected shipping options are also available at additional charges

have increased Shipping & Handling charges and some may be shipped by truck,
freight collect from their manufacturing point.

ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A

THIRD-PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH
CUSTOMER.
NEITHER THE SERVICE NOR ANY OF ITS AGENTS, AFFILIATES OR CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL
BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE
SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY. CUSTOMER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT
THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT ON THE SERVICE.
